Developed a Strategy Roadmap to transform their website from an information repository to an integrated client service & marketing channel. Conducted a thorough analysis of current state, global competitors, and industry stakeholders. Compiled findings and recommendation into an Executive Report and an actionable Product Roadmap.
An actionable report that "got everyone on the same bus" by summarizing issues; outlining organizational and technical constraints; then, combining findings into short, near term, and long term action items.

Family Investment Office business activities involve a lot of NDAs that need to be managed but not take away from other operational priorities.

The first peer-to-peer musician booking service that resulted in over 150 musicians getting gigs during pilot.
Founders wanted to convert their paper-based leadership consulting methodology into a fully digital service offering.
A SaaS platform that allowed business coaches to become certified; onboard clients; deploy the proprietary coaching program; and track client progress.
In addition to design thinking methods, I also utilized blue ocean strategy methods to guide product roadmap development.
Both coaches and clients were people on the go so the solution had to accommodate desktop & mobile access out of the gate. The desktop UI for Coach Console received a design patent.
Founder was building out a fishing sonar that could fit in the palm of your hand and connect to a mobile device via bluetooth. Besides needing a mobile app to display the sonar, founder wanted to extend the app to include community features that would build an audience for the main product and potential future products .
Created the UX for the companion fishing app that allowed fishers to use the sonar on their mobile phone along with an integrated community to share catches and connect with others.
Main navigation had a pull up menu to toggle between full screen sonar view and accessing the app's navigation & functionality.
Founder appeared on Dragons Den, had a successful exit, and the app would go on to have over 100K downloads.
