The umpire and referee shortage in youth sport is at a crisis. As someone who was positively impacted by youth sports, I wanted to see if my professional skillset can help find answers... and no, replacing them with robots is not currently feasible.

I took a non-linear approach for this project.
Mixed methods (UX, Lean Start-up, Business Model Canvas, AI Assisted Prototyping, Systems Design and Product Management) were used to sharpen and expand on my existing skillset.
